truth is that the staff was charming, place was beautiful, rooms were very clean and everything was taken care of, without missing any of the amenities, every day they left two bottles of water and two chocolates at night! comfortable mattress and pillow menu, breakfast delicious all great assortment of pastries, breads, cheeses, hot dishes and never miss anything, something I would recommend would be an assortment of olive oil and area that we found more reason only had a brand of Arberquina and a single and variety would also put salt in other hotels such as nh there. Then the proximity to the alambra to visit less than 5 min walk and center in less than 5 min bus recommended to go down with the apart from being in the same door of the hotel much more comfortable and q there are streets cut to traffic and theme parking in the center.
The only thing for commenting on the location was far from the center but it is noteworthy that there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which passed very constantly approximately less than 3 minutes and made it very comfortable to go down to the center and also by car there are areas that can not pass and parking

The hotel is very nice because it recreates the environment in which it is located, right next to the Alhambra, very nice views, very relaxed atmosphere to have a few drinks from its terrace, in general is very good, spacious rooms, very clean, the large bathroom and clean, the cleaning staff very nice and friendly
A receptionist (not all) take away your desire to stay as soon as you arrive at the hotel, horribly dry to speak and overpowering, other hotels with fewer stars are a thousand times more friendly and cordial than this, just came from a 4-star hotel that the attention was perfect super friendly and cordial, we were about to turn to the other hotel as we were 4 days in each hotel in our stay in Granada. There are two trunks at the entrance that are not very well understood for that are, because they do not help you with the bags because this hotel has a staircase to reach the reception and then another down to take the elevator, they could solve it with simple ramps to go up and down the bags, because the staff they have for this function are to see time pass. It would be necessary to retouch some of the furniture of the rooms, not to change it but to retouch it.

Spectacular location, great views, wonderful room out of a story book, friendly and helpful staff and both casual outdoor and fine dining. Breakfast was terrific. I cannot think of a better travel experience.
There are none

I it is a five star hotel, not a four. Location, views, terrace, dining and staff. Wonderful
Not to say more nights

The service and Staff were excellent. The food and bar was excellent also. Although parking was limited, the staff parked my car securely.
I would have liked a garden area or patio to sit and relax in after all the walking at The Alhambra Palace. The rooftop garden was by invitation only.
-
Relaxing Terrace overlooking Granada and excellent location next to Alhambra. Moorish hotel decor harks back to turn of the century decadence.
-
This is a 4 to 5 star hotel with everything you would expect from a hotel of this class. In addition, it has a superb location a few minutes from the Alhambra as well as wonderful views over the town and the distant mountains from the terrace bar; and magnificent decor copying the tiles and decorative mouldings of the Alhambra, especially in the main lobby and dining room but also to a lesser extent in all the bedrooms. I have seen comments that its splendour has faded, but my friend and I both thought it was magnificent. It was just as I remembered it from a stay over 25 years ago. It was well worth £116 B&B.
Nothing. I note another reviewer complained he could not buy stamps from Reception. They sold them to us and posted our cards!

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the Alhambra Palace. The view from the hotel is excellent. Since the hotel is high up in the mountain, we have great city views from the hotel room and also from the cafe of the restaurant.
The hotel is a bit old and rundown. The services of the hotel are quite disappointing. It is under staff in the restaurant. You have to wait for a long time before you are served.
-
Beautiful views, large room, good bath, helpful staff, easy walk to the Alhambra, and superb breakfast.
Difficult to get to and signage is not good.
-
Location was great near Alhambra and bus stop to town. Room was clean and had a great view of city. Hotel decoration inside and outside were great.
The elevators were jerky.
-
Wonderful luxury hotel with fantastic views of the city & mountains from the bar & restaurant . Comfortable room, breakfast excellent, diner also very good but expensive. All the staff very helpful & friendly.
-
-
Excellent value hotel in superb location for the Alhambra. Easy car parking on site. Huge bedroom with view of the city and good breakfast buffet.
-
The interior design is that of a real palace. the room was spacious and the view of the city and the Sierra Nevada mountains was beautiful. It is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the (real) Alhambra. The restaurant is really excellent: Gourmet food, very good service and a wonderful view of the city lights,
The taps and shower are old and uncomfortable to use.
